Is there a password/Game Genie code to start with all Chaos Emeralds?

I've played through Sonic 3D Flickies' Island DX a few times now and kinda want to do a Super Sonic playthrough, are there any Game Genie codes that give me all 7 Chaos Emeralds right from the start (and maybe another code that gives me 999 rings for practice) because it'd be greatly appreciated!
