I freaking love this DX version of 3D Blast.
Already loved the original game, warts and all, and this made it 10x crisper, tighter and more replayable.
There were two aspects I'd love to see tweaked however:
1. The "extended camera", while helpful, is something I didn't mind being absent in the base game. If there was a toggle for it or even a Harsh -> Mid -> Off setting range, that'd be easier to work with.
2. Sonic CD featured the "extended camera" also, but usually for top speed, peel outs and spindash. Implementing it when charging a spindash "could" be beneficial, possibly.
Otherwise, love the Time Challenge. A no Flickies run always pushes people to go fast as possible, and I feel this was the best way to implement it.
Cannot wait to see what the next build holds.
