I was playing 3D Blast DX on Kega Fusion (the emulator I usually use for Mega Drive games), had 3 chaos emeralds on me by this point, and when I entered Tails's special stage in Diamond Dust Act 1, the whole game freaked out with the only way out of this being to reset the game. This is honestly terrifying yet oddly hilarious at the same time if you ask me.
