(Minor) Visible Flicky Counter in Puppet Panic Act 2.

As there are no Flickies at all in Act 2, normally the counter does not appear in the level, this goes as usual in DX, of course.

However, after exiting Tails' Special Stage (win or lose) the Counter appears after.

Level finishes as normal and no other graphics are disturbed regardless.
