Every time I do my 6th special stages this happens.

Hello and here's a weird bug that happens every time I do the 6th special stage. So I play sonic 3D blast DX on steam via the Steam workshop for Sonic 3d blast on the Sega Mega drive classics workshop and I play 3d blast DX as normal than this happens:

For this time I was in Diamond dust zone act 1 and getting my 4th chaos emerald and go to tails and give him the 50 rings, then I got to this

I can still run and jump but sonic won't go anywhere. But it gets WORSE! It starts glitching up like insanely here's the other photos:

As you see it's crazy but It's not just visual only, it a full on soft-lock. Sonic is moving so the rings and the stage isn't scrolling and so I can't progress onward.

For everything I did prior I was running the 0.1 build of the game on steam with the program I mention earlier, I was on Diamond dust zone act 1 (No chaos emerald gotten in this zone prior)

and it was Tails Bonus stage Level 4.
