Deltapatcher is an .exe file, which unfortunately doesn't work on Mac. Does anyone know of an application that will do the same job on a Mac? The only thing I could find was MultiPatch, which doesn't seem to work with .xdelta files.

Indeed, it would seem I was just a dumb. With some help from comments and forum discussion, I found that the USA/Europe ROM is apparently the ideal one form this patch. Downloaded it, patched it, and it now works fine.
