Spanish translation (adding special characters?)

I have been playing Director's Cut for a while now and I have been wanting to make a Spanish translation of the game. I would like to add special characters, at least '¿', '¡', and 'Ñ', but I don't know if it would be possible...

GameHut, or anyone who knows about this, do you know if they can be added using a palette editing tool or something like that? Years ago, I was able to translate Quackshot, editing and adding all the spanish special characters... I'm looking for something like this.
