A better idea IMHO assuming it's possible would be to edit the ribbon where the subtitle is located on the title screen (the part that holds the Blast/Flickies' Island text) to combine both the U.S. and European titles together, something with a layout like this:
Sonic 3D
Blast:
Flickies' Island
More creepy tho
