Hi there! I'm new here, and I decided my first action should be to obnoxiously create a new thread in which I gush about my favourite TT game of all time and where I became a fan of said company and their skills, Puggsy. The adventures of a space hopper that came into contact with the glowing pink goo from 🎶 TEENAGE Mutant HEEERO Tuuurtles! 🎶. I've always dreamt, since I was a little girl, of becoming a video game designer/developer... I've loved video games since I was first exposed to them, and I learnt to program when I was 8... and while disabilities have kept me from ever achieving that goal, as soon as I saw that hidden ending with ~wavytext™~ Jon Motherhumpin' LeVar Burɂon's name in it I thought to myself, "man, this must be a pretty cool guy. He creates this awesome physics engine, and doesn't afraid of anything. I bet he has a ponytail". I don't know why I always pictured him with a ponytail, but apparently 9 year old me thought a guy cool enough to program Puggsy had to have a head like Princess Twilight Sparkle's bottom. Jon, if you're reading this, get back to us on whether you are, or ever have been, a member of the guys with ponytails party. But yeah! Anyone else think that Puggsy was especially awesome? It wasn't just that physics engine either, it was that prerendered video at the start that first made me think "poop yeah, these guys know their way around a Sega Mega Drive!". Then the game starts and OH NO THEY DIDUNT! They made a game as cool as their cool clearly witchcraft granted intro! Yo, Jon, get back to us on whether you've sold your soul to Satan, Robert Johnson style, <dubstep breakdown="y">yeah boiiiiiii</dubstep>.

roseheart, the hero who was brave enough to say what we were all thinking. If you can't beat a cartoon pony's bottom, then what are you even doing in the vidyagame business? I say boo, sir. Boo.
My childhood preconceptions have been shattered 😧 But I'd really love to say it's super cool to talk to you! So, was the little clip of Puggsy's craft at the beginning the precursor to the tech used in the "hey let's show off a bunch of prerendered Sega mascot" fanciness at the start of Sonic 3D? And, since it's the machine I learnt programming on (God bless the incredibly talented Sophie Wilson for her version of BASIC, what with proper subroutines and the line) what do you think of BBC Micros and their successor, the Archimedes line? Anyway I'd really love to thank you for that ridiculous looking orange alien. Might sound silly, but throughout my life that game has gotten me through some real tough patches. One last question... in your opinion, were a girl to own the original cart, would you personally give a 💩 about her using a ROM dump on her newfangled devices?

Never had a ponytail *sorry*
